We are a high-tech enterprise dedicated to professional research, development and production of various Rugged Series projects, such as Rugged Tablet PC, Rugged Phone, Rugged Notebook, Industrial Panel PC and Rugged Handheld PDA. OEM&ODM services are welcome by us!

OUR Factory
Sunboo have four professional production lines that utilize ESOP workstations, allowing production staff to work based on standard SOPs and ensuring consistent product quality. Our MES system establishes a traceable production record system by using barcode readers to collect information on key parts used in each process. To ensure the highest level of rugged tablet pcs, rugged laptop , rugged notebook and industrial panel pcย quality, Sunboo performs quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process, from IQC, IPQC, FQC to OQC. We strictly adhere to ISO:9001 process control spirit and carry out our quality policy with each member of the team insisting on strict standards.

Sunboo places the utmost importance on ensuring the quality of our products. We employ a rigorous approach to quality control at every stage of product development and verification, from EVT/DVT/PVT to MVT. Each department checks, audits, and improves testing indicators to ensure that the quality meets our designed standards before moving on to the next stage. Our commitment to delivering high-quality rugged tablet pc, rugged laptop , rugged notebook, industrial panel pca and rugged handheld pda are supported by our professional testing lab, which includes a range of advanced equipment such as IPX6 water-proof testing devices, high & low temperature testing boxes, constant temperature & humidity testing boxes, burn-in testing boxes, high frequency 3-axis electromagnetic vibration machines, salt spray cabinets, sand-dust testing chambers, and drop testing machines. Additionally, we can provide industry certifications such as CE/FCC/CCC, military & automotive grade attestation, and other relevant certifications through third-party professional certifying bodies based on customer needs.
